If you use the contact form or email the firm, we receive the name, email, phone number, and message you provide. We use that information to reply and, if we work together, to open your file. We do not sell it.

Client information

Information shared in the course of professional services is handled under the confidentiality rules that apply to CPAs, in addition to this policy. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank passwords, or full tax documents through the public contact form.

Technical data

The website host may collect standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

Inquiry messages are kept as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, as long as professional records require. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become an engagement.
